@sspaeti to clarify, are you getting the `FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'VERSION'` error or the one relating to `numpy` not being installed?

@SunriseLong I had a quick look, and your `No such file or directory: 'VERSION'` error is not related to duckdb at all - the error is coming from this line...
