Qogir-Dark flatpak package has a lowercase "d"

Hi, Qogir-Dark package has a lowercase "d" on flatpak, on my configuration this name discrepancy causes flatpak apps to use the default theme instead of the system one. 

Hi, this pull request is for adding support for Transmission flatpak. I have done a little bit of testing and it seams to work fine on my side.
