Add a confirmation dialog before transferring Tokens

As a steam engine token holder, I frequently use keychain for token transfers. Sometimes in a hurry I forget to change the prefilled data from previous transaction or put wrong data and I do not get a chance to review it, resulting in loss of funds sometimes. Please add a prompt before sending tokens just like it's present in steemians/SBD transfers.

@stoodkev This is already done by me #119 and it seems you merged it :) or is this a different thing?

But interestingly, chrome extension seems not auto updated in some cases. Is there any way to update it without reinstall or waiting for the autoupdate?
