actual vote value is not same with value in round details

When contacted to @booster admins, they presented it is a bottracker issue.

@booster was once voting 100% 10 times a day, as of 18 days ago, it votes 50% 20 times a day. Even though these settings were changed in account json metadata, it appears not to be taken into account on the tracker details:
