Custom Images Upload Info

I believe the Custom Images Configuration page would benefit from displaying a minimum and/or maximum pic size requirement and/or max file size requirement for uploads.

Its defintly something we can look at.

In the next PR there will be some more updates to the custom Images configuration page to support a zip of images to be used in the page so single images do not need to be uploaded independently.
