Plex Configuration page enhancements

Based on feedback a few adjustments to the Plex Configuration page would be good to have.

  1. Extend the Plex Server IP field by 5 char.
  2. Extend the Plex Server Direct address field by 5 char.
  3. Add port number field (6 char.)
  4. If a user puts "https://" in the Plex Server Direct address field then purge that as part of write to config.
