Clarify dependency on nvidia-smi for Nvidia GPUs

It should be mentioned in the README.md that if you had an Nvidia GPU you will need nvidia-smi.

On Debian you'd install that with sudo apt install nvidia-smi

Thank you for your comment! In the Readme you can see

If you want to monitor your Nvidia GPU, nvidia-smi has to be installed.

Are you sure you can sudo apt install nvidia-smi and this works without installing the actual driver?

FYI on Ubuntu 20.04, the nvidia-smi binary is apparently part of the nvidia-utils-xxx packages.

@MatthiasSchinzel I need nvidia-smi and the Nvidia drivers but when I install the Nvidia drivers Debian doesn't install nvidia-smi for me
