İ Have 5s 6,2 global 12.4.4 version and no shsh blobs can i use successiondown? which version downgrade?

If the SEP of your current version, which in this case is 12.4.4, is compatible with the target version, then yes. It should be compatible.

Be careful though, as you risk losing your data in this process. Keep backups :)
