Several Question from the Tutorial

hi Matthew, i really love how great you explain all of your tutorial of how to use this repo at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6ERFwQNkzo&t=421s

but, according to that video, i have several question that me and some people have. can you explain more about it to us?

1. i got miss the step at 6:14 what do i miss with the protoc etc??
2. where is the freezeGraph.py file at 6:14 ? i cannot find it in all of my models folder
3. where does the model.bytes used after 6:21 ?
4. at 10:42 maybe you should say TFSharp instead of OpenCVSharp, right?
