Instead of displaying all survey times in collection summary, just indicate how many times per day.

Also put the collection description summary of each survey on its own line starting with a dash, to match the other probes.

This should just return a new instance with each call, right? All the checking on prior existence is a leftover from previous approach.

Only submit ScriptDatum fields that were actually viewed by the user.

Don't submit those that were not displayed, as this makes it much more difficult to calculate participation rate denominators.
