Well, I can try turning proxy buffering off entirely. @happilymarrieddad has his on and he hasn't seen any of the problems that I've been having.

Correction @happilymarrieddad doesn't have proxy buffering on. I've turned off Proxy Buffering on my machines. I'm in the process of collecting data to see if the issue is resolved.
