Feature Request: Optional Bookmark Name

Thanks a lot for making this, it's really great!

It would be 100% complete for me if it were possible to optionally name a bookmark. So, I could type :md importantstuff and then I could quickly go back to it with :mg importantstuff.

Otherwise, the named bookmarks would behave identically to the unnamed ones. This would just be a faster way of retuning to some bookmarks. I wouldn't need to open up the list ma and look through it to find the bookmark, I could immediately type in the name to jump to it.

that sound's like a great idea and I'd totally support this. If you have some time feel free to put this functionality in. I'd be happy to accept your pull-request. Unfortunately I don't have time myself right now.
