jump to bookmark exact position (line and column)

Currently jumping to a selected bookmarks moves the cursor to the corresponding line; however, the cursor position is not moved to the column where the bookmark was originally set: I suppose this is due to add_bookmark not having reference to the column nr (and I do not see bookmarks column nr in fact when opening the quickfix window either).

Do you think it would make sense to add movement to exact bookmark cursor position?
