fzf integration

There's currently CtrlP integration. An fzf integration would be awesome.

I tried the commit added by @mg979 and it seems to works. Do you plan to do a PR for that?

how did you integrate this? i have copied it to /home/david/.vim/plugged/fzf.vim/autoload/fzf and /home/david/.vim/plugged/fzf.vim/autoload/fzf without effect

Can you point to the commit you are talking about? I am having issues integrating fzf with the bookmarks as well
