Issues with Call Queue data in Power BI Report.
■Prerequisites: Using Cloud Calling for Microsoft Teams. We are using a call flow like "Incoming Call → IVR → Call Queue." When retrieving Call Queue data from the Power BI Report, I selected 28 days, but was only able to retrieve 12 days.
Is this phenomenon a malfunction? Is there a way to address it? I would appreciate your guidance.
