Add a way to import/export/bulk-add creators

Ig the ideal way of doing a command is something like

/data import file:AttachmentOption /data export type?: StreamingPlatformType

This would import/export a file containing an array of the creators.

This would be really handy for users to bulk add creators or to restore to a backup of the data.
