Does this work with any of the windows shell programs?
I've got to assume no, but I've never tried.
Hopefully by what you mean, Shell scripts won't work in CMD.exe. They would need to be either in a Batch script format, or work for PowerShell, and I'm not fond of supporting either right now :).
There is also if Windows users install Cygwin to run the script, but I feel that may be a small audience.
One good point is that OpenVPN may work similarly as well through the command line on Windows.
This way though, Windows users may be more fond of simply loading the program with a pre-determined configuration file by double clicking some icons. It loads into the system tray and stays there, to which they can click to connect or disconnect at their leisure.
I was thinking more along the lines of Cygwin and Gitbash here, though I agree the audience is pretty small.
So Windows has bash now...
