Containerize application & add GitHub action to build/push image

  • This PR adds a containerized image using a Dockerfile.
  • It also adds a GitHub action that automatically builds and pushes the image on every push to the master branch or a tag.
  • A slight modification to the code is done to allow setting AWS credentials through the environment.
