Make FSliceButton more flexible

Currently the FSliceButton is basically a clone of the FButton code (so any fixes/changes to one have to be made to the other). Also, it currently has hardcoded slice values of 16,16,16,16 which isn't ideal, so that'll need to be fixed to.

This is related to the FButton rewrite in issue #95
