[Bug]: Audio Codec ComboBox doesn't work properly with mp4 format

I couldn't understand the cause of the problem but when you select mp4 format, the audio codec ComboBox just selects Copy and you can't choose another options.

That was a feature not yet ready that I was working on, it looks like I missed disabling it for Audio.

It's meant to automatically select Copy Codec if the input extension is the same as the output extension, that way it does not have to re-encode if it's not needed. If any options are chosen such as a new quality, it will then select a Codec, such as x264, for encode. But it does not work properly yet.

I've disabled it and released an update.
