A very helpful WhatDoTheyKnow user has helped us do the CCG changes. I think we're complete on them now, but we should check to be sure.

Just to note that I've tested the download again today and it is still not working.

I'd agree it's similar to how/why we tag schools with `urn:` etc. It provides a method for someone to click through to the data protection register entry from the WDTK...
