Yup, as has been said before, this affects all libraries. No need to iterate out every library on cdnjs.
Sync runs relate to #14261 -- you'll want to look at cdnjs/logs to see if new library versions are being processed (they are afaik).
I do not have an ETA for a full fix, any updates I do have are communicated here when I have them. It is unfortunately not possible to manually update...
