[TODO] items tripled in sidebar

Given a file with contents like: ... ** [TODO] Send testing asciidocs to FTP ** [TODO] Call Jeff ...

I get each [TODO] item in triplicate in the Todo Items sidebar.

Marking an item as [DONE] removes all entries for that item.

Whenever I cmd+S save my .org file I am getting the same (in duplicate, not triplicate).

When I press the "recycle" icon on the sidebar (to the right of "Todo Items") they reconcile and I am shown the correct number. But if I save the file again, it doubles right back up. Kind of annoying.

I am on: Mac OS 10.14 Atom 1.31.2
