Help.how to convert obj flie to another file type?

Hi thanks for the great work, i was really inspired.

for a Manufactured reason, I'd like to convert generted obj file to other file type(DXF,CAD,DWG,STP...), is this possible? and how can i do that?

note, I tried Fusion 360, by exporting obj file to say DXF file, however, I got an empty file.

any idea? thanks!
