Notes UI placement

I think It would be nice to have an option or settings which can manipulate the location of the note box on the screen, even in simple x-y dimensions. It's hard to see the default note box, especially when the game that you are on, have (big/long) scoreboard.

My second suggestion would be to make the color of the background the same as scoreboard (or I can't tell the difference so don't mind '=')
