Update Details

1. Update Juicity to version v0.4.3 (upstream fixed the upload speed anomaly in this update) #53
2. Complete the adaptation of the configuration interface for both Chinese and English
3. Change the congestionControl configuration item control from EditTextPreference to SimpleMenuPreference and add the option menu bbr ~~cubic new_reno~~ However, according to the Juicity author, only bbr is actually supported after a certain update #53
4. Add the configuration option for pinned_certchain_sha256
5. Add an application icon
6. Fix the value type error when importing nodes with allow_insecure set to 1 or true
