cant use tun mode

hello when i try to use tun mode in nekoray and v2ray ng i get this error and any adaptor doesnt appear in network adaptor in my system this is the errrr i get any solution? FATAL[0002] start service: initialize inbound/tun[tun-in]: configure tun interface: set ipv4 dns: The service has not been started.
