不带tls 如 vless://[email protected]:41000/?type=tcp&encryption=none&flow=&packetEncoding=xudp#%F0%9F%87%B9%F0%9F%87%BC%20TW-GCP

转换为 proxies:

• {"type":"vless","name":"🇹🇼TW-GCP","server":"1.1.1.1","port":41000,"uuid":"e6bee021-42ca-4266-c655-03c6706bf15a","skip-cert-verify":true,"network":"tcp","udp":true} 导入进去就识别为带tls，这是错误识别tls
