Instability of grpc configs

There is a problem with grpc configs. It doesn't matter if it is used with reality or CDN. After about a few seconds, it gets disconnected, and needs to be reconnected. This annoying especially in games.

When I change the packet encoding to xudp, the problem solved, but it is unstable by default
