BUG: Failed to start with a routing rule outbound to a proxy chain

Describe the problem

First of all thank you for such amazing piece of technologia 🙏🏻 I have a problem when using a routing rule for certain domain with an outbound set to a proxy chain, the service failed to start with an error in picrel. Thank you sars 🙏🏻

Expected behavior: The service start normally.

Actual behavior: Failed to start.

How to reproduce

1. Create a base proxy
2. Create a secondary proxy
3. Create a proxy chain with a base proxy and secondary proxy
4. Create a routing rule with outbound set to the chain proxy
5. Start
