WireGuard and PresharedKey

Description suggestions

Please add the ability to use PresharedKey in the WireGuard protocol (and Amnezia WG, if it appears later) and import PresharedKey, if it is specified in the config.

Necessity of recommendations

Using PresharedKey makes the tunnel more secure, which is why most services that provide WireGuard and Amnezia WG configurations use PresharedKey by default. Because of this, when importing such a WireGuard configuration into NekoBox, it does not work.
