Dump music from NES ROM's

This will probably be one of the last features to be implemented.

• [ ] First, we need to dump music from NES ROM's and export them into some middle format.
• [ ] Then, that middle format should be used to generate actual music from original game.
• [ ] And lastly, music should be played (this is the easy part).

Edit: Note that dumping will be done in separate project, and the first 2 steps will be moved to issue related to that project.
