Now I am trying to work with your Flash Sim Simulator. And I have some problems even on the first attempt to build it. Have a document with requirements for the simulator? I am asking because I tried to use a virtual machine with Ubuntu and could not succeed to build it correctly. Maybe it is better to use a Ubuntu system without using the Virtual machine? Also If you have a manual it would be helpful.

There isn't any documentation currently other than the source. Feel free to send a pull request with extra documentation if you write it up.

hi, after running makefile, it create several executable file such as "raid, biomodal, cfliptrace, ..." . I wonder which one we should run for further testing and how can I force my own trace to them?
