Bloodline roll not removed from s rank pool

One of our players, Zei, rolled "Blue Blade Eyes" from a slithering tentacle a while back. The bloodline was not removed from his roll pool though for when rolling in the future. He is requesting that the bloodline we removed from the pool of available rolls so be can prevent rerolling it should rolls reopen.
