Shrines removed from villages

When shrines first had the update to require maintenance on them, one village (Shine) and a few factions (Konoki and Fated Reunion) didn't realize that you were supposed to pay maintenance to keep the shrine. I don't believe an announcement was made about the change, and their kages didn't notice.

Shrine is requesting that their shrines be readded to their village so that they don't have to grind them out again. I let them know I could put the request in but can't make any guarantees.

Sector 150 and 156 were both removed from Fallen Arcana as well despite paying the maintenance
