Add UI option to control GIF quality.

EDIT: Apologies, I thought I was replying on the ScreentoGif thread. Please see the following as a possible workaround.

This exists within the program. Select File - Save - Gif and choose the 1.0 or Gifski encoder.

You can also reduce colors in the v2.0, which is similar to reducing overall quality.
