Record missing

Describe the bug I recorder a full screen at 28fps and 90% by 1 hour and half, at captura folder only appear a file with 103mb (file size not increasing) without thumbnail I didn't open yet because captura show a warnings when I tried to close with message "Some recording has not finish to writing to disk", I have a SSD and had passed around of 5 hours, I do not see any writing process related with capture at task manager. It was very important record, did I lost? is there any cache file?

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: windows 10
  • RAM: 8gb
  • CPU: amd a12-9720
  • Graphic Card: intrgrated to cpu
  • Captura Version: v8.0.0

I'm extremely sorry to say that the recording cannot be recovered.

I'm looking for the exact reason this issue is happening. While I'm not sure, but it seems to be due to synchronization issues between audio and video which causes problems sending data to FFmpeg or other encoders.

This is the highest priority task for me and I'd try my best to ensure that this won't happen in the next release.
