API Transformer backend?

Should we make an API transformer backend that just converts from LARK to a given an backed API so that anyone who simply wants to bolt this onto their existing API can do so?

Sounds intriguing. I am having a bit of trouble wrapping my head around how this would be done, could you perhaps roughly outline a diagram or explicit example?
