connect ui in windows to backend in WSL

How to connect to frontend in windows from backend running in WSL. Not able to connect backend is listening on tcp: 127.0.0.1:5760 in WSL [websocket to ](manager.ts:52 WebSocket connection to 'ws://192.168.1.1:5760/' failed:) It just stop when I run backend like connecting ... after 30 seconds backend gets TimeOut
