Feature Request: Background HS Widgets above Icons

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I’d like to have a wallpaper with a hole in it through which I can access my icons.

Describe the solution you'd like A Toggle to display a Background Widget above icons would solve my issue.

Describe alternatives you've considered A toggle to not move foreground widgets when swiping to the next HS page.
