tvOS support

[Matchstic]

To achieve tvOS support, we need the following UIs to be implemented:

• [ ] Signing in with an Apple ID
• [ ] Detailed application information after selecting one
• [ ] Troubleshooting panel

Furthermore, we also need:

• [ ] In-app (or system-wide) notifications
• [ ] Background automatic signing

Of the latter, it is assumed that the backboardd notifications for screen dim are still present, and that the daemon may simply continue running at all times.
