The internet connection appears to be offline error -1009

Describe the bug the bug started since first download never warked on my Iphone xs max. and i have no connection problems in other apps and i connected to net using wifi

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the app
  2. Tap on login
  3. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Device (please complete the following information):

  • 13.3
  • iphone xsmax

This is a bug I fixed previously for Chinese devices, but since has started reoccurring. I’m not planning to fix anything with ReProvision.

How we can solve these problem because it occur in my iphone 11 the internet connection appears to be offline error (-1009) when download reprovision

Hi guys I solved this problem firs install Networkdisabler tweak from hackyouriphone repo source Go to setting-->Networkdisabler-->Use Wi-Fi and enable Reprovision connect to Wi-Fi You will see the Reprovision is connected to the internet After it's connected go to setting-->cellular-->Reprovision and select WLAN & Cellular Data Good luck

You don't have to install "乐网". younex65 mentioned that Networkdisabler should be installed to enable network for reprovision. It works for Chinese devices and this issue is more a reprovision related problem than a region or network related one. BTW,since NetworkDisabler is a free tweak, it's better to installed it from BigBoss instead of HYI repo.
