Apple Watch app doesn’t get installed

When using ReProvision, iOS app is resigned and working fine, but WatchOS app doesn’t get installed automatically, and if I try to do it manually within Watch app it tries but fails, sometimes an error popups on the Apple Watch saying that the app cannot be installed and must be deleted.
