[Enhancement req.] Toggle for gamelist text length to extend to right beyond 50% of screen

F1 UI toggle to allow game list text to flow to the right over the 50% screen barrier (if history.dat is not being displayed). Looks better when UI is 800px wide and using small snaps (this allows text to overflow art elements on the right) This was a feature during the initial building of the app.
