Support for CI

Open arvganesh opened this issue 1 year ago • 4 comments

I wanted to see if we could get Travis CI support for the repo so installation can be quicker.

OpenAI created all the files that are needed. For the most part, all that's left is to create a Travis account and request free credits for open-source use.

In travis.py, the final builds are uploaded to Google servers somewhere, I feel like it would make more sense to switch to uploading to Github.

Alternatively, GH actions could be used, but this would be way more work at the initial stages. @MatPoliquin

We'd have to fix build issues on Mac OS and verify that the package also builds correctly on Windows, though.

That's a good idea, got my hands full with work these days so not sure about the ETA but will leave this issue open

We should be using github actions

@arvganesh stable-retro has moved to Farama fondation: https://github.com/Farama-Foundation/stable-retro

Can you recreate your issue there so that it's under your user name? I will continue to follow over there
