Feature Request: Option to use stored bookmark's title by default

Enhancement of #8:

Since #8 was fixed, it is possible now to edit an item and to set (and lock) custom title for it.

This request is for an option to use the stored bookmarks' titles by default for all items (instead of having to rename & lock manually each item)

I've just maked a version that use directly bookmark but reading data is too slow. I leave open to remind this feature request and see if I can provide a solution in the future
