Input files repair for mechanics problem

Some input files of mechanics failed during the tests, we need some repairing work for them.

This should be solved in May after the constitutive laws are redesigned, and both the linear elastic cases and hyperelastic cases should be updated. Be careful about the Rank-2\otimes Rank-2, it used a wrong sign in the previous version!
