Shortcut keys for skills not working

It seems I manage to make it work but the 1st skill and 2nd skill slot for the MC is not working Screenshot_57

It is most likely due to late in-game updates.

what do you mean by late in-game updates? First skill is not casting for MC but on everyone else its working can you figure out what's the problem?
