The [OkHttpStack](https://github.com/2fast2fourier/something.apk/blob/master/Something/src/main/java/net/fastfourier/something/util/OkHttpStack.java) currently uses org.apache.http package to handle making requests. This has been removed in SDK 23 (though we can use legacy library) so we should move away from it...

Not sure if I want to have this enabled and on by default or not, should test/send out PMs to known users to get opinions on this.

If you have two pages of bookmarks and all are loaded, remove a bookmark to get back to only having one page of bookmarks, then refresh on "page 2" causes...

Stuff like impzoneik, tflcspotter, etc.

It'd be optimal to create something similar to what Stack Exchange uses for its app where you click on the code box, it creates an overlay that you can easily...

Previous behavior was that if min or max were set to 0, they would, like if they were undefined, not be included in the error message for the range validator....
