Fix/curate qq

Several individual commits changing QQ to QQQ for several contributors. Not yet converted is ./Fukuyama_Univ/ because https://speciation.net/Database/Instruments/Waters-Corporation/Quattro-micro-API-;i258 specifies "tandem quadrupole mass analyser" I need confirmation this is indeed a QQQ Yours, Steffen
